SunCal Sells Residential Lots to KB Home Valued in Excess of $20 Million
SANTA CLARITA VALLEY, CALIF. (September 27, 2010) – SunCal, the leading private real-estate developer in the western U.S., has concluded the sale to KB Home of 224 residential lots at the Plum Canyon master-planned community in the Santa Clarita Valley. The transaction, valued in excess of $20 million, completes the sale of the remaining inventory of lots at the 215-acre development.

Plum Canyon is nestled in the hills in the Saugus area of Los Angeles County, and is located just south of Plum Canyon Road and east of Bouquet Canyon Road in the Santa Clarita Valley. This well-designed residential development offers a total of 496 residential lots ranging from detached condominiums to spacious single-family homes. Completed homes sit on the initial 272 residential lots.
