Relighting the 1883 Lighthouse at Sleepy Hollow Offers Second Chance for Historic Landmark
The new Fresnel-style light was dedicated in a June 10 ceremony adjacent to the lighthouse at Edge-on-Hudson, the former General Motors property in Sleepy Hollow set to be transformed into a mixed-use waterfront development. The dedication ceremony was attended by federal, state, county and village officials, including Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino, Village of Sleepy Hollow Mayor Ken Wray, officials from the United States Coast Guard and the New York State Hudson River Estuary program.

Sleepy Hollow introduces new name for GM redevelopment
The development plan to rejuvenate the former General Motors Assembly site on the Sleepy Hollow waterfront area has a new name: Edge-on-Hudson. Developers SunCal and Diversified Realty Advisors are teaming up on the $1 billion joint venture, announced in late 2014 by the Village and Westchester County.

Imagine arriving after work at a commuter rail station in Rohnert Park and walking to your condominium through Seed Farm Square. You stop at an outdoor market for something to eat or at a pub for a pint of beer.

SunCal and Army Officially Open New Main Gate Project at Parks Reserve Forces Training Area in Northern California
SunCal and the U.S. Army Reserve held a ribbon-cutting today to officially open new Main Gate facilities at Parks Reserve Forces Training Area in Dublin, Calif., the first of six major projects that the developer is building under the largest-ever Reserve Property Exchange Agreement executed by the U.S. Army. The agreement involves SunCal constructing new military facilities in phases in exchange for 189 acres of land.
